David Hodges
David Hodges is an all-round musician, songwriter and producer. His most significant role has been as co-writer and keyboardist on the Evanescence albums, 'Origin' and 'Fallen'. Hodges joined Evanescence in 1998, but left after the completion of 'Fallen', before the band rocketed to global success. Hodges has received two Grammy Awards, one for Best New Artist (as part of Evanescence) and the other for Best Hard Rock Performance for the band's debut single, Bring Me to Life. Hodges' presence in today's music is still noticeable. As well as writing, producing and fronting his own band, The Age of Information (formerly Trading Yesterday), Hodges has writing and producing credits with Kelly Clarkson, Céline Dion, Anastacia, Daughtry and Avril Lavigne, among others.
A year after releasing his EP entitled "The Rising" under Warner Bros., David Hodges has left Warner Bros. and is currently recording, producing, and releasing many projects under his own record label. These projects include Arrows To Athens, Avox, and a solo project. Check his website for more up-to-date information:
